The model number decides everything
Viking built a great many variants of each machine, and two ranges that look identical can take different igniters. The rating plate number is the first thing asked for and the reason a van arrives with the right part in it.

A range, in writing, first
Nothing is dismantled before you have a number. We diagnose first, write the parts and labour down as a range, and you decide — the service call comes off the total the moment you approve the work.

Nothing to sell you
No showroom and no replacement to push. When a repair stops making financial sense we say so — that conversation costs us a job and keeps the next one.

The desert is part of the diagnosis
Dust-packed condensers, garages running far above design temperature, burner ports blocked after a storm, hard water scaling jets and valves. Most of what fails here fails for a local reason.

We do
- Range Repair — Ignition, low-flame control and griddle or grill faults on Viking professional rangetops and ranges.
- Refrigerator Repair — Cooling loss, defrost trouble and seal work on Viking built-in, column and undercounter refrigeration.
- Oven Repair — Element, sensor, door and control work on Viking wall ovens, French-door ovens and range ovens.
- Dishwasher Repair — Fill, drain, wash and dry diagnostics for Viking integrated and panel-front dishwashers.
We do not
- Sell appliances, or take a commission from anyone who does.
- Take enquiries by form or email — the phone or the booking page, nothing else.
- Quote a repair sight unseen, or hold a number back until the panel is off.
- Work on laundry, HVAC or anything outside the four appliances above.
